Good hr system, but there is no job security, compensation and benefits are good, salary gets credited on time, but no good work culture, no Independency in work. I see no likes about sgs...please don't ever join in testing based department...you can just give a try in certification department.

Local hr- pathetic, politics, no proper communication. Manager(ogc)- no support.

Sgs India company is good because it have good reputation in global market.

No of things need to improve in this gurgaon and manesar labs. 1.Salary is very low as per market standards. 2. Promotion takes long time, you need to spend minimum 4 to 5 years in company and you need to wait more. 3. Lot of office politics and manager's sycophants will always be found everywhere. 4.Senior employees and managers do not even have any good degree but they working from very long years and they did not leave the company. 5.B.A passed manager rules over a B.Tech/M.Tech employees. 6.Office extra marital Affairs. 7.No skill development.

Instead of working as a third-party inspector & certification company SGS is providing manpower only in their respective sites like JSL plant, at Jajpur. After joining at their JSL site as a Senior Inspection Engineer (Quantity) I became to know that employees of SGS is working under the authority of JSL. But before joining I was told that SGS was working as a third-party inspector company hired by JSL.
