Company culture is very good. Its a good corporate company which always values the employee's safety and Integrity. Well known brand SGS in particular sectors.

Salary is less - Negotiate before joining, Coordinating team is not good my department particularly, Job security - Depends on the HOD ur reporting. I didn't receive any Technical training, I have to learn on my own.

Vertical growth non existent Salary increment is less than 7% YoY No learning growth and seniors mgmt have no domain knowledge or expertise to guide you. They are only good at exercising authority, man handling and showing the fear of job loss. No respect and grooming for talented and highly educated employees. Work life balance is very average.

Instead of working as a third-party inspector & certification company SGS is providing manpower only in their respective sites like JSL plant, at Jajpur. After joining at their JSL site as a Senior Inspection Engineer (Quantity) I became to know that employees of SGS is working under the authority of JSL. But before joining I was told that SGS was working as a third-party inspector company hired by JSL.
