Good hr system, but there is no job security, compensation and benefits are good, salary gets credited on time, but no good work culture, no Independency in work. I see no likes about sgs...please don't ever join in testing based department...you can just give a try in certification department.

After joining at their JSL site as a Senior Inspection Engineer (Quantity) I became to know that employees of SGS is working under the authority of JSL. But before joining I was told that SGS was working as a third-party inspector company hired by JSL.

...d for employees only not for family members it means they are not coverd at all. I have been in sgs from 2 years not a single upraisal received no salary increased no job security company can terminate when ever they want. I recommend not to join this company.
