Sgs India company is good because it have good reputation in global market.

No of things need to improve in this gurgaon and manesar labs. 1.Salary is very low as per market standards. 2. Promotion takes long time, you need to spend minimum 4 to 5 years in company and you need to wait more. 3. Lot of office politics and manager's sycophants will always be found everywhere. 4.Senior employees and managers do not even have any good degree but they working from very long years and they did not leave the company. 5.B.A passed manager rules over a B.Tech/M.Tech employees. 6.Office extra marital Affairs. 7.No skill development.

...d for employees only not for family members it means they are not coverd at all. I have been in sgs from 2 years not a single upraisal received no salary increased no job security company can terminate when ever they want. I recommend not to join this company.

Company culture is very good. Its a good corporate company which always values the employee's safety and Integrity. Well known brand SGS in particular sectors.

Salary is less - Negotiate before joining, Coordinating team is not good my department particularly, Job security - Depends on the HOD ur reporting. I didn't receive any Technical training, I have to learn on my own.

I am happy to say SGS staff very Good to care their workers and manager and site IN charge supportive.

The salary is very less compare to qualification and expectation of work. The starting salary only 14K as Geologist very less for me but as supervisor acceptable to others.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year
