favouritism is in FBT department. Few of the people don't have knowledge billing area and they are appointed as TL. and senior team members are working under TL.

No proper communication from HR for changes in policies. They had changed the bonus policy but didn't have an employee engagement or information. When asked they just bluntly stared that it's updated on letter on portal which has not been read by approx 80% of the employee were not aware. Very bad culture. To much politics

... Location actually industrial division of Kolkata,work culture is very very bad only managers are hike their salary vary good but executive level they increase yearly Rs-300 to 500 and two manager in kolkata Location behavior is very very bad even they use slang language in executive level.

Sgs India company is good because it have good reputation in global market.

No of things need to improve in this gurgaon and manesar labs. 1.Salary is very low as per market standards. 2. Promotion takes long time, you need to spend minimum 4 to 5 years in company and you need to wait more. 3. Lot of office politics and manager's sycophants will always be found everywhere. 4.Senior employees and managers do not even have any good degree but they working from very long years and they did not leave the company. 5.B.A passed manager rules over a B.Tech/M.Tech employees. 6.Office extra marital Affairs. 7.No skill development.

Instead of working as a third-party inspector & certification company SGS is providing manpower only in their respective sites like JSL plant, at Jajpur. After joining at their JSL site as a Senior Inspection Engineer (Quantity) I became to know that employees of SGS is working under the authority of JSL. But before joining I was told that SGS was working as a third-party inspector company hired by JSL.
