No employee insurance scheme Poor HR team and don't care about retaining talent Salary of DL staff not paid in time Poor on boarding of employees , employee ID creation,HRMS linking and biometric enabling for attendance etc executed very poorly Poor employee engagement activity initiative No proper increment policy and yearly bonus

...ees hardwork for the output and the Officers take credit without doing any work.Still the trainees salary is 7500 INR.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is too low and slow career growth.

No ethics, No yearly appraisal, no work-life balance. Management staff won’t get bonus while union staff receive bonus around 50k. Three years without appraisal to any management staff while union guys got 10% during these term.

...ially the culture. Then you will get enough trainings both inhouse and external. Salary increment is too low around (5%) only. Culture of SFO allows you to gain knowledge in each sections and dealing different project helps your knowledge and skills

Salary hike 5% per annum only. No financial benefits and support.

There is no likes about this company. They are getting bulk order even though.Not an employee friendly company. so many disappointments.

...Quality is not their concern.they are faking their standards during audit time .pay scale is also very poor. Genuinely saying if an employee is still working with a 15 years of experience not matter what his/her post the management is trying to keep their pay scale low approx they get 22k . So many customer complaints . They are running this company with trainees which they dont know about anything happens around the company and no any training before work.
