Too much work pressure.Micro management is done on everyday basis. Salary increments are decent but not given on time. Work life balance is off the roof.

There is no benefits to employees other than monthly salary. No bonuses, no on time increaments,even there is no place to have tea properly. Need to sit on grounds or need to stand between the boxes.

If you have a choice, don't join this company. No decent pays . Loyal employees don't get a fair pay but gives that to newcomers. We feel trapped in this company. Even leaving becomes harder than you think. Lot of internal politics

This is a not a recommended place to work now. The working culture and attitude towards employees is very bad. The HR and Admin department is the worst in this company. You will have to go to court to get your experience certificate when you resign.

Dislikes

SFO doesn't have a concern for the growth and mental well being of the employees. The salary packages are not good and often gives false promises to employees. It's very very difficult to get relieving letter from this company.

The company favor only labor union staffs. Company give more salary for supervisor & technician than for an engineer. Salary increments on every year given to the engineers is very low. They are misuse me for 2 years. They did not give me a day shift . I'm the only engineer who stay all the night on every day & I'm not able to communicate with my seniors directly for improving myself as all other engineers have day shift only.
