I don't like any thing in Sfj business solutions. Ceo sir is good with employees but management will not to speak with ceo sir.

Sfj is full of politics and HR also very bad and manger. They don't give proper salary every month they say some silly reason for salary for that I came out the company. Please ceo sir please clear with employees, Actually I don't want do this please find the problem and solve that, otherwise employees will face the problems.

Worst experience with SFJ Business Solutions, they not even provided last two months salary and not even intimidated about my employment closure. I was waiting for salary for months and called every HR in that company but nobody responded to my calls. They even not provided my experience letter with company.

I was lucky to have good colleagues there.. friendly and supportive.

Dislikes

The work life balance was terrible. I had to make a 2hrs journey every day to the office. I requested for hybrid option but they denied it at the same time one of the employee was only reporting once a week. I am not the kind of person who would point out small things and make a big issue out of it but they should treat all their employees the same.

Everything, they removed me from company, without any notice, directly said me, this is your last working day, not even given any compensation, any notice period to serve, I was in the bad situation, they said to me this is your last working day without any prior notice 😞😞. I had very bad experience, that even i can't share with anyone

most of the employees are CEO relatives, who don't know anything about management or also some of this doesn't also know theirs department knowledge, they don't know how to treat employees, if you know how to became chamcha then this organisation for you but you have to be south indian, because north Indian se he log sidhe muh baat ni krte, koi v timing ni apko 24*7 available rhna hoga or agr ap ispr sawal uthaoge tho, ye log mentally harras krte h, agr ap HR se complain kroge tho wo bolega mai kuch ni kr skta, ye log is company me 13-14 saal se h or mai bs 2-3 saal se. Sbkuch kharb h is company me.
