Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad

I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

Nearly Everything. This company is basicall run by two cousins : Ankit Mittal and Rishabh Mittal. You will have to generally deal with Rishabh and his colleague Ahmed. Sometimes, you have to work on Sundays as well, interns are underpaid, qualities of batteries sucks, but the blame goes to Supply Chain and other employees. Most of the times, batteries doesn't work in E-rikshaws, so you can recieve a call either at morning 5 AM or 12 AM. Most of the times, you are so busy, that you don't even have time to do breakfast and lunch. Employees or Sale Exexcutives are denied for travel vouchers. There is no proper strategy on how to increase clients.
