No security inside and outside office This is not good company.its pay very low salary.my wife already worked she have 5 to 6 years experience in this company and she have master qualifications but company is paying around 15 thousand monthly.

Its paying very low salary according to worked my wife is working in this company last 5 to 6 years and she have master degree but company is paying 15 thousands monthly as per Delhi government rules salary should be 21thousand

Sewa Bharat has the feeling of home. As we are working with our college like brother and sister. Colleges are very helpful. Management is transparent.

Dislikes

We didn't alloted separate cabins here. There requires a lot of follow-up in everything and career growth is slow here.

1. The very purpose of the organisation is being defeated with inexperienced people running the organisation. 2. People without any experience and knowledge have the authority to decide on anything and everything. They just rule the organisation without any professionalism, ethics and morale. 3. Inexperienced and inefficient people have all authority and highly paid. 4. Discrimination exists at every level. 5. Only buttering works

They hired underpaid with lots of pressure work after that so much politics, higher authorities dont want any person can be promoted.Even job work is different what they proposed while joining.
