Likes

Too much politics and on paper UK MNC but it's a local Chennai based company. Never recommend as they never value hardworking & sincere candidates.

Dislikes

Poor management, political manager, will give money by face liking not according to performance. Zero self development or learning, engineer's doing clerical work like all the time Payment collection.

Absolutely nothing . Worst work culture and zero growth opportunities .

Dislikes

Growth opportunities are completely hopeless particularly employees from states other than tamilnadu. HR and Finance department are worst department here. Surprising matter they compleately unaware about their duties and responsibilities. High level of state wise disparity among employees. Inn short this company in chennai dont carry any status and pofessionalism of an MNC even though its origing is UK

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime.
