No proper infrastructure, blackmailing by MD, everything is pathetic. Please think hundred times before joining here Working for most of the time, even a proper washroom is also not there here. The company you will feel like a godown, even goods will better kept in a proper building, but not the employees here.

I'm Greatful for the HR who selected me, and thankful for the company for giving me an opportunity though experience was bad. Work culture is bad . The way they treat you is really really disappointing.

I dislike everything about the company, working hours is worst like the company tell you it's 9Am to 6pm but u have to check texts and calls of them all day which is totally non-sense. They expect you to check your whatsapp and reply on Sunday when it's a Holiday, I had a terrible encounter with the company, my grandfather was very ill and was at his final moments so I asked them for leave for the next day and they denied leave , I explained them the situation and they kept on saying no, and that day morning I asked them leave explaining them how bad the situation was and I asked my parents to speak to them and even then they said no and I finally I gave up on company and I took leave myself and after that in the afternoon they texted me u can be on leave, that's totally unethical. they ask you to be on leave and won't give you proper instructions on when u can resume, no answers for texts and calls u make. The worst thing is it's been a month since I quit the company and they haven't mailed my certificate yet they are saying tomorrow tomorrow everyday and that too when they respond that is,.... Worst company for fresher too, don't join unless u have no other job offer in your hand, if you are from CS or IS please wait and join software company don't join this company.

I worked as an intern for a month and i have to say the company's culture is so good especially the MD vinod Kumar was always encouraging and kind, he always used to interact and motivate. Coming to work life balance, i feel it's great.
