Salary is credited on 15th of every month which is not good. New policy and rules apply any time. Working hours should be flexible as due to traffic issue employee getting let and is converted in half day which is not good. Rules are applicable for some employees different. partiality is done between the employee. Even employee provide their efforts 100% and provide good revenue, but they are not get paid fairly and and some who don't work or not provide revenue to the company they are getting more salary compare to who work with 100% efforts. Management is interfere in micromanagement thing, which is irritated for the all employees. Management should understand high lows asking for the employee for their personal life is violation of privacy rules.

PF is deducted in the company, but all the PF is deducted from the employee's salary, and the PF account shows that half the money belongs to the employee and half the money to the company.

Dislikes

1. Joining this company is the biggest mistake of our lives. 2. No Job Security. 3. An employee is considered a poor worker. 4. Always compare one employee to another employee. 5. All the employees here are caddies of the jail, and HR is a jailer. Employees could not eat or drink anything without the permission of the jailer. 6. The managing director says that artificial intelligence will eat your job, but he doesn't think that his company's code and technology are from 2010.

Lot of pressure of work and no job security they will have the eye on your salary.Everyone including senior people will mention your salary while reaching to the deadlines.such worst and a third class work culture.do not join this company never.

I'm able to learn actually bussiness level technology knowledge in Setu Net and getting average salary to support my family financially.

Dislikes

The work culture is quite disappointing because of pressure of works with no satisfying income for it. The leave policy is just for name sakes, you won't get any leaves anyhow, waste of quality effort and dedication.
