It depends on campus to campus. Ayodhya campus is poorly managed. There are others which are well managed. These are all franchise

Last month's salary is dispersed by 30th of this month or even by 10th of next month. So there is a month gap in salary.

Only the First year, where things were actually good and in order.

The culture and biased behaviour the management shows towards it's employees. If the management is sleeping with you then you are eligible to get get the highest pay scale of all but if you are true towards your work and professional that quality doesn't count here. They are more into working with characterless people than employees with integrity.

Team mates are ok. Not a very healthy environment to work. The headmistress is a good lady,listens to you. A lot of politics everywhere..

Salary structure is not set. Those who are promoted are promoted in every way,rest others are not paid attention to.

I worked in their corporate office which concentrates less on work and more of politics. The franchisee team has lots of attrition and they do not anybody to work for very long. The leadeship is a sales person who has 0 knowledge about academics.

Taking leaves is easy most of the times. 3rd Saturday off every month unless an unplanned holiday takes over.

Dislikes

Too much of unnecessary work load. No balance between work and personal life. Compulsory workshops and other work after working hours and during holidays. Too much of favouritism and biased when it comes to promotions and appraisal. Heads are gullible. Heads do not have professional behaviour.
