It's nice . No hard and fast rules . It's a product based company, when you want to work , you work , if you want to work from home completely, you are welcome, if you want to go to office, you are also welcome. You want take rest while working, then take rest . If you want to go on a tour , you are allowed, even they changed leave policy so the employees are even forced to take leaves . And people working here are working for a long time , so probably it also indicates that they are rewarded for their contribution.

Dislikes

The training process as a fresher , it's nothing to do with those who will train you , infact they are pretty good and helpful but they are occupied with their work as well . So it's a slow process of learning, maybe the company will figure it out 🙃.
