It's been a great company for the initial basics learning, work culture is good all the employees will treat like a member of the family.

Dislikes

This company's management and company policies are so poor. This company is worst in terms of providing a good salary for the employees and even there is no job intake for the freshers. This company will take more Apprentice members & give them heavy work and they will not be provided a permanent role after the training period and send them to their house after completing a period though they are talented.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

There is one idiotic chief manager name as S.Srinivasan from electrical department....He doesn't know anything...I don't know why this management appointed him as a chief manager....Alagarswamy HR should take immediate action on him...He doesn'ylt have patience to explain the problem....He doesn't know how to handle the situation....I never seen a such a useless chief manager like S.Srinivasan....

working experience is very good, is celebrating all days example safety day and green go and sports and culture and independence day and republic day etc...., Is one of the most oldest company
