...ort my family during Lockdown. Average hygienic toilet with normal clealiness. No learning, no enthusiasm, too much conservative management policies, un-affordable very less salary, too much of work pressure, lack of consideration. Shouting and scolding employees like anyhow, which reminded me of school days when we use to get the same treatment in schools.

Dislikes

Don't appreciate talented people, 12 long hours of working for 2 months during financial year end without having Sunday holiday, once or twice in a month have to work on Sunday also, no comp-off for Sunday working. Lunch break only half an hour for 9 hours of working. Worst quality tea provided by company.

Working in seshaasai is really exhausting i always have to extend my working hours becuase they always gave me 16 hrs work but somehow i finish work in 10 or 11 hrs I learn about banking documentation but its not useful as experience

They reduced employee and put terrible pressure on remaining exployees Worst work culture Sunday works and weekly extension made me mentally made And about colleagues they always says what u r gonna do after getting home They just want like you stay all night their and make ur chair hot By doing that he got promotion

No need to worry about job security, there is no work culture, every one is manager, there is no company policies, daily will change policy according to managers mood.

Dislikes

Will not get chance to grow, we can't express our opinion/suggestion before management, only want to listen. promotions are not based on performance, but based on management's like and dislike on a staff.

I learn lot of things in that company, like ms excel formullas making mis, handle the team, how to take a responsibilities, in this company i identify my skills.
