The management has created its own mafia because most of the higher post people are here for more than 10 years in this company, their ego is more than the Everest, there is no growth. Stay here for more than 10 years for just a promotion. Variables are just on papers though you don’t get any. Extremely toxic organisation and management, stealing junior’s ideas is main trait of most of the management people in this company. If you are ethical and have a good heart then look for better options…

Things are always changing around here. Nothing is permanent one approach is introduced and is changed again after a few months and they would expect the employees to adapt rapidly which is not the case. You can not work in your comfort zone meaning just meet your core KPIs and be done without it but NO there will always be adhoc tasks and a lot of them very frequently

People here collaborative. Everyone respect you, your pov and understands your challenges and expectations. They focus on personal and professional growth. Their is continuous guidance and support for your work. Amazing company to work for.

Only one thing, that too i find it a challenge maybe not others. People here are a bit slow in work. I am someone who has always worked in fast paced environment and like to do work rapidly.

Campaign delivery team leader lacking core domain knowledge. It's strange when someone having decades of digital marketing experience but still unaware of paid campaign strategies. Disappointed with team leader selection approach.
