I got good manager and I was working in one of the client , Client is biased in terms of Job. If your billable your good. They don't have much project. There are few folks who wants to ruin company So before join check manager behaviors once.

Management dont respect long term employees. not full filling their salary expectatio. If we stayed for 10 years then your salary will be 10L PA. If they hire new employee with 5 years experience then they will offer them 15L PA.
