My time at Servify has been rewarding experience. The company offers a dynamic work environment, demanding projects and lots of chances for development. It's a company that values its employees and provide a great platform to learn and grow

Great open-door policies from top down with a focus on transparent communication. Leaders are enthusiastic and approachable. Product focus is on the real benefits for the customer and not just positioning of it.

Dislikes

Company culture could be better, especially now since there are colleagues from all across the globe

It is a great place to work in, colleagues are fun and helpful. Business is cyclic, meaning changing economic times does have an effect on the company growth. But that's the nature of business in which Servify is into.

L&D is something which needs work on

Reporting manager- Dhaval is good to work with in CH team CH team members are helpful and extremely understanding

Discrimination at work place by top leadership Biased behaviour False commitment at the time of joining No opportunity to learn as involved into micro managing third class and unethical outsourced business partner Top leadership will expect flexibility from an employee ONLY however will not be flexible enough to fulfil promises made at the time of joining unless you are a boot licker. Don't be surprised if you hear "can't you do that much for the company?" 4 stars (work life balance, company culture) given ONLY because of the reporting manager
