Managers are unprofessional. No career growth. salary increments are not on performance base (Facevalue). New ideas are not accepted. company growth is very slow as per industry standers.

I don't about working environment coz I was always on the field but they pressurized newbie

They didn't gave me my letter of relieving and I also told them there are certain problem in my family please try to understand all they wanted me to sell their product at any cost and I was just a fresher it was like 2 months since I joined there and they were blaming me I couldn't sell their "prestigious" compressor. And one more thing one of the employee Mr. Shailesh Chaudhry owe me 1000 rs kindly please return it to me it's been a year now and speaking about my cigarette problem why don't you tell your boss that u were asking me for cigarette when we were out for sales. Thank you

I worked with Service Equipment for around 4 years, its a great place to learn & grow, senior leadership is very supportive , Compensations are average but if you are a beginner with a hunger to learn than it is a great place to begin .

Dislikes

Great Place to begin a carrier, job security and all, but not much scope in later carrier.
