IT'S A GOOD COMPANY TO WORK WITH EXCELLECT PRODUCT BASE,GOOD COMPANY CULTURE,EXCELLENT TRAINING AND KNOWLEDGE DRIVEN. ITS VACCINE DIVISION , INFERTILITY DIVISION ARE VERY GOOD TO WORK WITH.IT'S MY EXPERIENCE.

THE MAIN PROBLEM WHICH I EXPERIRNCED IS VERY LOW HIKE IN SALARY AFTER 1 YEAR & EVEN THEIR SALARY GIVING AT THAT TIME WAS ALSO LOW AS COMPARED TO PHARMA INDUSTRY,BUT PRESENT SITUATION I DON'T KNOW. I LEFT SERUM ONLY BECAUSE OF LOW SALART & LOW HIKE.
