My experience is good to work with Serpent Consulting Services. Very much thanks to Jay Sir & Husain Sir to give me a wonder opportunities to work in Serpentcs.

Dislikes

Nothing, because i have worked with other companies also but at last time produce any difficulty like last month salary or give less salary, But none of that type difficulties with the employees at here.

Likes

The small organization has its own benefits of creating own working environment and culture. Everyone supports each other and specially Directors are very much open and approachable anytime.

Dislikes

HR Management is not up to the mark. HR takes own decision on top of directors directors (misuse of authority) which ruins the culture of company.
