Increments and Salary are not up to the expectations. Leave encashment has stopped now. Looking for cost cutting now a days in COVID pandemic.

They will make you work like hell but no increments, nothing, they just want everything for free They only give you false hopes .....

They pay like shit and expect you to work all day Very bad pay scale and there are no fixed criterias for increments and all Company is full of old geezers...

We all are holding a bond like family in this company. It has got lot of focus on individual’s learning & development. Respecting others & ethical practices are the corner stone of this company. Work life balance at its highest probable position so one will never be over burdened with tasks.

Dislikes

It need to be more concerned about the compensation & benefits. At same level everyone is not getting equally paid.

Evrything good nothing specific drawback.. But for me it will be salary compansation which will not match with top MNc's being a top line maker.

They organise best ever training, in the Pharma industry that I can bet for it. In every business meet they spends lots of money on their people, in terms of hotel, food, and many more.

Dislikes

Too much politics, job security becoming a question mark, no promotion, if at all you get promotion that will be out of your home town, field representatives, same old products they handling and selling till now, as a MNC they don't have a single research molecule upcoming in their busket.
