I Don't like anything in this company... They only think about for their profits and this company don't want to listen their employees problems at all...i don't think that this company is best for future ...i only work here because i don't have any other options right now for covid pandamic situations...after this pandamic i will search for different job

Salary is very low...very poor facilities

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria. Company policies are very good. Appraisals are not happy for the relevant job.

...f politics inside the team itself and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary and career growth is bad and too slow. No incentive for work at overtime.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
