Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria. Company policies are very good. Appraisals are not happy for the relevant job.

...f politics inside the team itself and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary and career growth is bad and too slow. No incentive for work at overtime.

Good to work with Sequel more then 15 months and everything things are good and on time salary and company following there HR and government policies.

Opportunity to discuss and implement new ideas. Every idea is given a thought, discussed and if it turns out good, it's implemented. Very high decision making power. Your decisions can directly impact company's performance

The pay is less. HR policies not good or Robust. Work life balance may be affected if not used to working hard.

I Don't like anything in this company... They only think about for their profits and this company don't want to listen their employees problems at all...i don't think that this company is best for future ...i only work here because i don't have any other options right now for covid pandamic situations...after this pandamic i will search for different job
