... with good environment. Incentives plans are great with lots of training skills. Good salary package. What I dislike about sephora is there's a lot of politics going on among the managers and higher authority.

I Mr.Firoz Sayyed was working with Sephora Cosmetics for more than 2years in Phoneix Palladium Lowerparel Mumbai. Sephora has completed 5years in Mumbai and the highest sale of a single staff in pan india was 30lakhs and i mr.firoz sayyed in 2019 October,November and December was the top performer in overall india.per month i had given them a business for more than 43lakhs and i have been awarded as a best seller. Sephora is a good platform where you can learn more of things like.;Makeup,Skincare,Fragrances,Sales and more upcoming brands. Best part of Sephora is that it comes under luxury brand and if you are a Sephora staff than you get to learn more about other international and luxury brands. If they are going to call me back to work than yes I’m ready to work again with Sephora.

...hout any reason but Sephora people did this with me and with 4 other’s staff. And if they remove any staff without any reason than they have to pay their staff for 3months but they had given us 1month full salary,which is wrong! Is Sephora not able to pay for 5 staff ?? I have learned one thing from Sephora that company is never gonna support you in anything and if you are in successful place and good in everything than there will be many of other staff to pull your legs back down and that’s what happened with me. There are 2 people who have take this action of removing selected staff without any reason:- Mr.Sunil (HR),Ms.Trisa (CLUSTER MANAGER).

I left my job from Sephora : for my marriage so again I went to join back but thy regional manager r not response properly I'm very dislike this😏

Average all but company Sephora is good for salary structure .. incentive is tuff for employees.career growth ok and work environment average politics is poor,work life balance ok job security average...
