If I wrote this last year it would be very different but things are starting to improve. The change in management attitude and the chairman has changed. It is better and I can see that we are starting to be treated better. Lots of us feel hope that we did not feel before.

I didn’t like the control and lots of shouting but it is changing. No work from home but it might change.

It is also mandatory that you and your families wear face masks when in any company recreation or concession area. It is required that you and your family carry a face mask at all times when leaving your home and for it to be worn whenever required

Really Good company but there is no job security and always politics and there is no respect for real work people.

politics, no job security, anytime they will terminate for silly things even if its lie there is no justice.

Sepam is a good company with all the experience staff and has the business around the world. Recently the company has avail the project in Bahrain Alba plant. I was also in Bahrain to help the company in order to kick start the project.

High Pressure, too much too much Responsibilities, Risk in taking decision.
