Salary is too low. You have to work outside working hours without OT and comp off. While leaving the company they treat you very badly even ask for money. Do think twice before joining. Behaviour of the Main director with fellow employees is very bad.

Toxic management and working culture They pay you pennies and expect outcome of millions They will make you work on holidays without your consent. Management is so cruel you will start to question your self worth and ability. Every passing month you will see employees leaving the organization due to the toxic working culture.

The thing I like about Sepadu Tech company is that they give you ample of knowledge regarding software core description about the field and how to improve your professional skills and the best thing even if we are trainee we work on going projects which has helped me in improving my understanding , my learning ability and most importantly my confidence .If you are genuinely interested in piping, oil and gas industry , stress analysis and FEA modeling SEPADU.TEHCH is the write choice to make your career and to groom yourself to be an excellent engineer.
