No one will support you at your time of need. Everyone will think only with business mind. They won't think about your personal problems or issues at working site like accommodations/food expenses. They don't care about the employees only concentrated on their business development with less site expenses like canceling the employees food expense or accommodations related facilities. All the above problems happening to those who are working outside the Tamilnadu.

It is a good experience. The company heads are kind and understandable when it comes to ladies. The best place for a job to start over, there is a lot to learn and mold ourselves.

Company culture should be improved. Job security should be good. May make some improvements in training parts.

For the beginners , this company is the best to work with as it provies an excellent platform to learn the basics and correct the incorrections and gives the employee an first hand experience.
