No Salary Discussion in My Appraisal — What’s Your Experience?
In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. I feel an appraisal meeting should include open discussion about both performance and future expectations. What are your thoughts? Does this happen in your company too?

Working at Sensibol is like working in hell. I like nothing about Sensibol, I hate the CEO and HR.

Dislikes

1. Salary thieves in disguise - Let's be honest, they don't pay on time. They keep your money like it's their family inheritance. My pending salary? Still stuck somewhere in their "we'll update soon folder ". They are just giving dates and dates for clearing dues. 2. CEO & HR - the college buddies, they are literally eating employee salaries and ghost employees. "No emails, No whatsapp replies, no slack pings". Its like chasing your ex - they ready your messages, stay online, and still ignore you. Total Clowns. 3. No communication, just silence - reaching them is like talking to a wall. Email? Ignored. Whatsapp? Blue Ticks. Slack? Dead Zone. Phone call? Good luck - they won't pick up even if the office is on fire. Maybe they don't even know how to talk. 4. Toxic work culture - you work, your deliver, and the moment you resign, you're invisible. No respect, no recognition, and definitely no payment on time. 5. Whole management is a joke - Forget leadership. These guys couldn't lead a team out of a google meet. All talk, zero action. Overall they are all cowards, Just enjoying life on other's salaries. If you are reading this Sensibol - remember, Karma will catch up with you you one day.

What did I like about SensiBol Audio Technologies? Absolutely nothing. From the moment I joined, it was clear that this place was more about mundane tasks and less about any real creative or professional growth. The work was repetitive, uninspiring, and completely devoid of any real challenge. Instead of fostering an environment where employees could innovate and contribute meaningfully, the company seemed more focused on squeezing out maximum output with minimal recognition or reward. Management? A complete mess. Communication was either nonexistent or completely unclear, leading to constant confusion and unnecessary rework. Decision-making felt arbitrary, with no real vision or long-term planning. Feedback? Either it was missing entirely, or it was so vague and unhelpful that it might as well not exist. There was no sense of direction, no real leadership, just a cycle of tasks that made no impact. Work-life balance? Forget about it. The workload was unrealistic, deadlines were set without any thought, and there was zero appreciation for the effort put in. And the worst part? There was no career growth. No learning opportunities, no skill development, nothing that would help an employee grow in their field. It felt like a dead-end job disguised as a "music tech" company. If you’re passionate about music, sound, or technology, stay far away. SensiBol was an absolute waste of time.

...nd the company might actually have a chance to survive. But wait, it gets worse. Salary? LOL. You’re lucky if you even get paid on time—actually, you’re lucky if you get paid at all. I wasn’t paid my last four months' salary. No official termination letter, no resignation from my side—they just silently fired 5-6 employees with no explanation. And guess what? Some of my friends left in December, and they still haven’t received their pending 3-4 months’ salary. No full and final settlement, nothing. They just vanished from the records, as if they never existed. And then there’s Jaydev. Oh boy. If you think being a manager requires actual management skills, think again. This guy is the king of mismanagement—he should be awarded an honorary degree in "How to Waste Time & Ruin Productivity." He makes people redo the same work 5 times just because of his ignorance, laziness, and complete lack of time management. A masterclass in inefficiency! The leadership at the corporate level is absolute garbage. The founders are genuinely intelligent and have built something with great potential, but the people running the show? Clueless, incompetent, and single-handedly responsible for driving this company into the ground. If SensiBol wants to survive, they need to clean house—starting with Seema and Jaydev. Until then, it will remain just another company that could’ve been great but was ruined by the very people who were supposed to lead it.

Frankly, there is absolutely nothing i like about Sensibol audio technologies.The salary is never on time, and it's infuriating to constantly worry about when-or if-you will get paid for your hard work. Trying to suggest new and innovative ideas to the seniors id joke; they mock you down and they blame you for any mistakes they make. And when you dare to defend yourself, they threaten to fire you.Salary is never on time, it's been 6 months i ve left the company and they haven't paid my last 2 months' salary. The environment is Toxic, and the whole experience is disgusting and infuriating.
