...the day and night. Unfortunately, customers and their orders are treated poorly. The company has very few innovative technologies or products, and it consistently pays lower salaries or implements salary cuts, resulting in poor performance. Despite using Rockwell and SLB names, the company's culture and brand value resemble that of a startup, or even less. Many underperforming employees from SLB and Rockwell have been let go, leading this cmpany to a disastrous situation. Advise you to avoid getting trapped in this environment and consider other options.

It's a joint venture between Rockwell and Schlumberger. Really nice work experience in Sensia. Sensia mostly deals with international projects worldwide.Also, a good working culture and positive vibes Really supportive management.

Managers are racist, unethical and keep exploiting employees while there is nothing to work for them. No planning. Performance appraisals are biased and not based on actual performance but politics.
