The site admin team is not good enough, they don't address the problems properly, Better to address the HR team directly to resolve any issue

Poor salary, 2-3 months salary delay, no OT after working also, torture, long working hours, dirty politics, toxic working environment and bad work culture. Everything is bad.

job security: Even if you want to leave the job, the company won't leave you, that much job safety.

Dislikes

No salaries for the last 4 months. Even management doesn't know when they can give the salary. If you approach HR & management for any needs, they will harass you first. Upon annual leave, you have to apply three months before, and nowadays, they won't give you any settlements or tickets. If you deny going without settlements, some times they backcharge you & once you come back they will not pay you for 2 months.
