Incentive stature could be better… it will be best if we get extra pay for Akshay tritiya and Poila baisakh duty… incentive, hold for many time, a very big dislike for that reason.. manager should behave neutral in every situation at Store… A worthy employee deserve their place…. Company should be follow the TBGP plan…

I dislike about working at Senco Gold is Incentive policy and timings. Most of the time we people don't get which month insensitive we are getting. It takes long time to get credited. For some time we are going to forget about incentive. I would like to inform that I was selected for Dubai but unfortunately I didn't have passport. So could not go there. However when I got passport but I didn't get any chance for same. Actually I wanted to be shining internationally with our respected organisation and growing up worldwide with it. Even our respected CHRO Ms. Subhashree Sengupta told Mr. Subhajit Ghosal that " do not ask any question about this guy, just send him." after having interview. Anyway I still have hope for same...

No dislike for senco gold. But there will be more dislikes for the branch managers , what is MO for to increase number in zinc portal it is my first question and second is shifting .comeing in 10:30 am to 10:00pm only work no time for family. Family first to whom we are working for. I have a request sir please please take a action on it. because this pain is not only mine it is entire group level employees pain .
