Company policy TBGP is not effective for me, this is some person for senco gold, I am not satisfied TBGP, MORE THEN 5 YEARS my job roll as company cashier and this year my job roll is cashier

Incentive stature could be better… it will be best if we get extra pay for Akshay tritiya and Poila baisakh duty… incentive, hold for many time, a very big dislike for that reason.. manager should behave neutral in every situation at Store… A worthy employee deserve their place…. Company should be follow the TBGP plan…

People's are very supportive, caring and friendly.

At factory they didn't pay the employees as much as HO. I mean not Salary, or puja bonus, but as franchise, performance bonus, etc. We are also deserves that money.. At appraisal time we are getting 10% , why not 15 . As a middle class men we need an good Salaries, for that families pressure are much less than before.
