It's such a good company. I learned very much with this company & also this company was giving the opportunity to me for build-up my skill development. If we talk about job security.., So we all know how's the security in all privet sector job. Like if company have the work so then employs have the job, if company doesn't have then employs also doesn't have secure. The work culture, management, company policies are good & it's my pleasure that i am the part of this project which adopt by SLCPL.

Dislikes

There's nothing much more things for dislike. But some things i dislike, like work pressure when i work on field, team coordination & also late payment.
