Taj is one of the best company to work in as it takes care of their staff, they value their staff, they even give benefits to their family.

Dislikes

Two drawbacks which i feel they don't pay you well compare to their counterparts, Secondly The new higher management is spoiling the legacy.

Compensation is okay but the growth is really slow irrespective of great you perform. The work pressure is decently high with working hours of 12-13 hours straight in a day. Even after receiving appreciation emails by client, they go unnoticed during appraisals.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of A team that markets reliablr high quality products and has a global client base. As a result i get to travel abroad especially to tha us and Canada but on site travel is completely dependent on yout project and clients location. We work happily in collaboration. I also. Like the employee re hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work 14.hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in tha evening and sometimes late into tha night. Managers do not value an individuals unique strenghths which is why I have to tak back my suggestion most of the times. There is no on job training for fresher hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step which is a pain sometimes.

There was a very good team and they are supportive. Salary is given on time.

Dislikes

As I was the secretary of the owner. There is so much work pressure. That I did not have peace at all. The boss was so bad. I Did not have time for my self at all. It was like i had to work 24 hrs and get paid only for 8 hrs. Even when I reached home. I had to do work. I was so fedup with that job.

Staff are very friendly and helpful and located in good location and also I enjoyed my life 😁

Dislikes

I really disliked kitchen because head chef kirthi he is not supporteing any one and I think he's not good for that position. that's main reason kitchen not improveing in gate way.
