Totally unprofessional nothing to like about such worst organization

...tract basis and no job security involved. There are no chance of growth at all . Salary is not paid on time. Company rules goes on changing as per employers convenience. We cannot call it a company it's pure DUKAAN. At least salary is paid on time at the DUKAAN but not here. I should think 100 times before entering in this organization it's hell.

Salary Compensation - Very Good (Very timely receving the salary on time every month) Job Sercurity - Very Good as there is a very inclusive environment in the company Management- Is supportive towards employees as they can be very open and learn new things in the company (Cross Trainings are very good here) Promoton- According to HR perspective employee receive good salary hikes and promotions every years. It is a 100% export company and great place to polish skills in particular Indusry (considering all aspects).

It is not 5 days working currently. More trainings should happen

1. Nothing to like in this organization. 2. Its a unprofessional employer exploiting needy employees.

Dislikes

There are many reasons to dislike, 1. Hires employee on contract basis having no job security. 2.Company is not at all concerned about employee. 3.Not a professional company in terms of ethics. 4.There is zero chances of growth as most of the employees are on contractual basis. 5.If you resign your full and final settlement will not be as per terms mentioned as much of the terms are are one sided contract with no clarity which will be regretted at the final moment. 6.Many of the new joiner have predicated the unprofessional working within few days and left the organization.

Worked independently and full access in export process like weekly stuffing plan, booking containers, passing the D. O,'s to the transporter, stuffing at different venues, post shipment docs, foreign banking etc.
