New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Nothing to like in this organisation, except if we have good friends

Dislikes

Many things to say about dislikes, worst management in my career I have ever seen, no ethics for them they just want low grade workers, if you want self respect better avoid this company and about payment just forget about the pay they will not pay on month end and if month end comes on Saturday or Sunday and if Monday if we have holiday you will get salary on 4th of the day of month starting. Management will care about your well-being, they just consider you as a slave, they want you to work and they think you are a robot and want to work 24/7 and with with out excepting anything, No proper HR policies and they will not provide insurance for your parents. If you work here you need to leave your self respect and also your integrity, no appreciation for your work, and management will humiliate you when ever they want.
