The colleagues and peer group had a strong bond of each other, because everyone there was unhappy. Good for students because teachers are so dedicated for them.

Dislikes

...(Present) even he dosen't know how to respect with his low graded staff members. Lot of work they have to do in their mindset, The owner is not willing to pay well to his employees ,very low EPF which is nothing now days. and there are no proper rules for the teachers, separate rules for female and male staff members. Since 2010 to 2024 near about 400 teachers left Selaqui. No one has retried from that place. Headmaster and Pastoral Head will break this record I guess, because in India there are no place for them.

... the school you will get lot of benefits.any connection with Doon School and St. Stephan will also awarded with good salary.

The ease with which I can adapt and adopt new teaching-learning practices so early on in my professional career as an educator is something I will always rate highly. The opportunities provided for professional growth of an educator is beyond compare. I have made enduring connections with fellow colleagues who I am certain have transcended to become friends.

Dislikes

Although it has worked out for me being content with my solitude, I understand that other educators with families have found stressful to strike the right balance between the demands and rigours of a residential school master and their own personal lives. Even though, I have always been keen on learning but many a times, the sessions can be jarring and repetitive for PD.

Professionally the organization need to keep the words of appointment letter. Happiness index is poor. I worked there for 2 years 2 months resigned properly with one month notice by going against the wish of headmaster now they are denying experience letter.

Organization need to keep the words of contract agreements.

SelaQui International School, is the best place place to grow as an individual. It's is safe haven if you have your own kids and family. Like all residential schools you require to dedicate time and a bit of long working hours.

Nothing to dislike. Commitment to the job is a must to survive at SelaQui.
