Nothing, I thought, here is hybrid working but no only less than one month I got WFO then Continues NIGHT shift. It's not fair, existing employee not doing night shift.

Dislikes

Welcome kit, is referbished, no perks, no joining bonus, no night shift allowance, no week off allowance, no holiday allowance. Only gossips in every free times, targeting personal life, racism on high.

Nothing as such. There is not a single positive thing about this company.

Dislikes

I would never recommend anyone to join this company. It's a very small organization due to which they lack of resources, they don't have much projects. The management is very toxic, they never help you in anything, not at all supportive and they try to demotivate you, bring you down.

It's an awesome organization for servicenow developer.

Need alot of improvement in infrastructure & policies also as to build a bigger team & specialist position for each work currently there is no role define as team is small

This is not out of frustration but an honest review. Sela as an organisation, their existing employees and the kind of people they hire all have the capability to bring you down personally and professionally. Its a mess
