Utter mismanagement by the team lead who is absolutely not knowledgeable or capable, arrogant and only belittles her team members for her own benefit. The management doesn't respect work timings and allocates work in eccentric ways. The management doesn't know how to lead the team and bring business, deploying work or making the team grow.
