...showroom not good reputation in market and people don't stay here for long time. no bonus for staff, only discount for customer, c e o sir favor gm sir and no support for low staff like us. blame people when they want to live dealership and c e o is veda, doing nothing, only babagiri

Here mr vijay sir -manager and senior staff is a very friendly and helpful and. All staff are supportive. All events and all staff baday celebrate here. Time to time manager, all senior srm and senior Rm guidance to new Rm. I like so much that a gave facilities a tea,coffee, and party to all staff. i like very much facility of room for bachelor boys of out of pune city. that's things I have observed in 6 months.thank you so much sehgal autoriders give me that big opportunity.

In sehgal.A do not time to time performance appraisal of employee.Here don't have timely training and development of here personal trainer and HR. do not have any sessions of skill development For Hr. Hr don't have any meetings with sales team.

Out time not fix ...not supportive management...No matter how good a job is done, it has no value, but after doing the work, you have to listen. If you make some suggestion, it will not work. Work as a bull if not a human being. There is no adjustment in any case. There is nothing to say about incentive, if you don't get it, even if you ask for it, only company sathi is not the concern of the workers.
