No work life balance. They expect you should be responsive after working hours otherwise you become irresponsible. Doesn't matter how responsible you are during working hour. Company policies are not good. Leave policy is not good. Once you accept appraisal you can't leave company. If you are ready for commitment of next 1 year then only you will get hike otherwise you need to put notice period. Minimum 3 months notice period is required, this can extended as per their need.

...culture found here. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Also, salary and appraisals are always nice. My job involves writing test cases, executing test cases and automating test cases as per need.
