People at SEEDS are very committed to their work and for impact. This helps create a positive work environment. But the new change management principles have eroded the work environment and culture. Somewhat employee friendly.

Not clear in what they want to achieve in the long run. Leadership pipeline development is definitely missing. Top down management approach. No focus on career or professional / personal development

Personally like-career growth, learning power, working skill, and working environment with oppertunies for the learning

All Politicies are good but its not working for every person as same ways, its works and its depends open the the employees degicnition and favorite employees for the bos

SEEDS was an amazing platform where I could learn lot of things and had some remarkable relations but something missing there and finding and solving that bug SEEDS would be the best in this sector.

I believe this is the one of best NGO in India. They are try to cover all factors. Who needs helping they are not think about their cast or religion. They believe all are equal.

I'm working in an Engineer post. I am visiting all projects site. So I'm using my own vehicle. I didn't get any value of that. Allowance is fixed for me. But I use petrol more that. I need to finish all projects on time with quality. But I don't have any savings till now.
