Do not join Seeds of Innocens IVF & Fertility Centres. I have worked here for quite some time and it's an extremely horrible place with the worst work environment. An employee named Ashish Kumar is the one person in the company who considers himself a FATHER of the company. He threatened me by saying "ye ladki office ke bahar tak nahi jaa payegi zinda, ye janti nahi hai mai hu kon". He thinks that only because of him people are surviving in the company and without him they can't even take a single step. He also asks for money from other people by saying "tu mujhe itne pese dede, 3 mahine tak teri job kahi nahi jaegi koi bhi tujhe job se nahi nikal skta". He wants to control every employee and let them dance on his fingers. He is just a graphic designer who has zero focus on his work but is completely and highly focused on creating politics not only on a professional level but also on a personal level. No girl is safe here till he is working in the company. Because of him, my mental health was destroyed badly and I had to make the decision of leaving the organization. The company didn't take any action against him even after I told them that he threatened me. I don't know why the company had to make their working surrounding so toxic and fearful for other employees just because of that one person. No workplace should allow this kind of behavior.

I was working In digital Team. I had very worst experience I must say. Specially Ashish Kumar he is very bad element of this company. he thinks that he is the owner of the company he came from bhogal. He behave like a criminal. He scares the girl who work with him. he mislead the owners also. If anyone wants to work here then avoid this guy.
