Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. So much pressure on teachers. Vice principal can't take even single decision by her own, everything will be decided by one person that bakshi ji. Very poor environment 😔 They always believe k employees ko jitni der school me rakho utna acha hai. No chutti Jo milti hai wo bhi kaat lete hai. And 3 month notice period uske baad bhi nahi Jane dete.tum rote rhoge but documents nahi dete .tumne sari baate mani to ok nahi to tumse rede ho jaenge. Bache school hi ni aate 12 Wale. Pressure pressure and only pressure 😔

The school doesnt have stay back as much as others. Teachers are quite supportive. You will learn alot new things from school.

...o leave, you need to follow the contract rules. There is no job security at all. And pay given is really less. Rules for Pay decuction for holidays taken is not at all justified.
