Only the few Good people there and the best part is all the good people have already started leaving Seedworks for a better future elsewhere.

Everything! The President HR is a person who doesn't know what is happening, half the mails aren't read by him or he'll reply after a month. This person abuses a lot and all the time he lies about his whereabouts when he is not coming to office. No person under him will ever grow and flourish. Zero Appreciation to any hard work done, a 100% believer in Green washing. Even others in the company who are part of top management are more interested about who is dating whom? Rather than buisness it's people what they discuss. In SWIPL, the President HR & Supply Chain run their separate & parallel ESG initiatives and the President HR doesn't ever stand up for his team even when the team put's in hard work. The President Field Crops is such a partial person who always has his inclination towards one crop(team) and doesn't encourage any other team. The culture and the atmosphere @Seedworks is so bad that every person in the organization speaks against the company. N too top they have setup their Corporate HO in a deserted village in the outskirts of Hyderabad, as if it's a resort that everyday employees go to. In a situation of emergency, other than your own vehicle or the company provided cab, there's no mode of transportation. Just to add to it they charge employees for providing Cabs, as if the employees begged the management to shift the office out of the city to this idiotic place.

It was unique experience.I always like to work for.That company, which provided us full freedom to work,smooth enviornment, happy people,time to time trainings for better skills,product quality and range suberb. Best travelling policy and vehicles.Transparent and very gentle high management,whose thinking that employees are most big assets of our company. overall great experience, never felt in other companies.
