...ast when the rain will come but don't know when the salaries will be credited...salary delay will be 4 to 5 months no proper response on salary when it's going to be credited.

1). Don't pay salaries on time. There will be delay of 2 months for every month salary. 2). There is no respect and no value to the employees. Even don't consider your problems by without paying salaries for 3 to 4 months.

The management shouldn't follow policies set by management only. Salaries structure( monthly basis and yearly basis also) is too worst. After every project execution me and my team were waited for better feature but we realised there is no feature for us because I got 45000/- salary in hand after income tax & PF tax and even after 10 years also I didn't got my gratuity also.
