Teammates are good.Work environment is good(not in client's place).Salary and appraisal is averageable.Company culture and Other extra activities are really good.

Dislikes

There is no skill development and learning.Also it was hectic to be working in client's place.They can give more opportunities to be working in interesting and innovative projects to the resources.Also they could conduct soft skill training for the interesting candidates.Moreover candididates couldn't get any new opportunities like learning other software or languages.

I'm very comfortable working with Sedin Technologies, as my carrier started here i'm more attached to this company, here i got a nice working environment and co-developers are very nice. we can learn new technologies from sedin there are many senior guys to guide us.

as a startup (11 year currently) salary is less compared to MNC's

In this company pay the salaries in time.

We work extra time but they don't give any Xtra pay and also they don't provide proper guidance for freshers,proper training.It is suites for only experienced persons.

- We can learn a lot of things if we are interested. - I got a chance to work on various technologies, which has been very helpful in upskilling myself. - HR is cool, they check in on us to ensure everything is going smoothly and perfectly. They resolve any issue, even if it takes time. - Work-life balance depends on the project - Working hours again depend on the project, but mostly it will be flexible.

Dislikes

- Nothing much to say - Everything related to people and work is excellent. - sometimes, they speak Tamil in common meetings, which makes it difficult to understand the issue. due to which I have to connect with others for clarity, but this has reduced recently.
